Responsible to strategically schedule patients, maximizing staff efficiency, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Answers phone, directing calls appropriately to nursing triage, direct schedule, or other staff delegation.
Completes patient check-out with billing reconciliation and cash collection, as required by insurance status.
Act as a translator as needed by nursing staff.
This position is for the NCNC Contact Center, located in Delphi.
While this position is primarily located in Delphi, it may require occasional travel to the Burlington, Monon, and/or Wolcott clinics as needed for coverage Required:
High school diploma/GED Two years of customer service and/or clerical experience.
Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills with customer service focus Understanding of basic math and cash handling processes.
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish); Experience with Electronic Health Record system Additional Information:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
