90 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Associate Production Ham Boning Indiana Packers Corporation, Delphi Indiana As an Associate Production team member in the Ham Boning Department you will skin, trim, de-bone and package our delicious, quality pork products (pork butts and hams).
This factory position is needed for 8 - 10 hours a day, including Saturdays.
First shift hours are from 6:
45am - 3:
15pm, second shift from 3:
45pm - 12:
15am.

This manufacturing position earns a competitive wage of $18.
90 per hour for the first shift and $19.
90 per hour for the second shift.
Responsibilities Team members will skin, trim, cut and debone our meat products, working with machinery and cutting tools to ensure Safe Quality Food (SQF).
Process, packaging, and boxing product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
Perform physically demanding work that requires attention to detail, strength, stamina and good hand-eye coordination (while keeping safety as top priority).
Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers by maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
To be successful in this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Qualifications At least 18 years of age Comfortable working with raw meat and/or carcass parts Ability to safely work with knives (training is a plus!) Able to operate or work near mechanical production equipment and/or cutting tools while standing on concrete floors for extended periods of time Capable of performing the physical requirements of the position, including repetitive movement of grasping and pinching hands, flexing and extending arms, bending, twisting and lifting or exerting a force of at least 35 lbs.
Willing to work in cold production environments (around 20-40 degrees) and stand on concrete floors or platforms for extended periods of time Must be able to work in wet, humid and odorous environments Work while wearing all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) OUR COMPANY:
